UV-1200 metal sheet curing machine
The traditional tinplate printing process has some obvious defects: high temperature baking is required, high energy consumption; harmful gas is produced, causing air pollution; it takes up a lot of space; printing efficiency is low.
Developed countries mostly use UV printing technology, which has many advantages such as fast production speed, good product performance, quality optimization, environmental protection standards, reduced energy consumption, and less space.With reference to Japanese and German technology, combined with the actual situation of domestic iron printing equipment, after three years of development and experimentation, a UV light curing system for iron printing dedicated to supporting iron printing equipment has been developed to replace the traditional drying room drying equipment.It can greatly save the production cost of the printing iron factory, improve production capacity and product qualification rate.

FL-8002UV
Machine size: 5000×1680×1600
Maximum speed: 100 sheets/min
Maximum width of substrate: 1200mm
Total installed power: 50HZ, 65KW (two-color machine)
Main functions: Stepless selection of ultraviolet light intensity, stepless adjustment of speed, over-temperature adjustment, reflective leather shutter control, etc. The temperature of the light box is about 50 degrees during normal production.
Main configuration: customized 15KW British-made UV lamps, Siemens electrical appliances, Epson inverters, Siemens PLCS7300 control system, and full touch screen control.
Note: Suitable for thick ink volume, high-speed machines and products requiring high-temperature sterilization.
FL-6002UV
Machine size: 3000×1680×1600
Maximum speed: 90 sheets/min
Maximum width of substrate: 1200mm Total installed power: 50HZ, 65KW (two-color machine)
Main functions: Stepless selection of ultraviolet light intensity, stepless adjustment of speed, over-temperature adjustment, reflector shutter control, etc. The temperature of the light box is about 60 degrees during normal production.
Main configuration: customized 15KW American-made UV lamps, Siemens electrical appliances, Schneider inverters, Siemens PLCS7200 control system, and switch panel control.

Maximum speed: 80 sheets/min
Maximum width of substrate: 1200mm Total installed power: 50HZ, 50KW (monochrome machine)
Main functions: stepless speed adjustment, over-temperature protection, the temperature of the light box is about 60 degrees during normal production.
Main configuration: customized 15KW UV lamp tube, Siemens electrical appliances, Schneider inverter, Siemens PLC control system, switch panel control (the electric cabinet is integrated in the UV host).
